NOA & PITINGO, A NIGHT TO DREAM

Starlite Occident will unite for the first time on the same stage the concerts of Noa & Pitingo on Sunday, August 20th.

After her latest albums “Letters to Bach” and “Afterallogy”, Noa returns with Best of Noa, a show with which the singer will review her extensive recording career, making us relive the most important moments of her career with songs like “Beautiful that way”, her recent tributes to Bach and jazz classics. Noa will prove on the Auditorium stage to be a multifaceted artist, capable of surprising us once again with an innate talent that transcends time and fashions.

Noa has performed on the most prestigious stages in the world, including the White House, the Coliseum and the Vatican. The singer and songwriter of Yemeni origin, born in Israel and raised in New York, is not only known for her songs, but also for her great social work, especially in working for the end of conflicts between Israelis and Palestinians, using her music as a loudspeaker for peace and equality.

Pitingo, is one of the artists with more personality and charisma of the entire music scene. He breathes flamenco from all four sides, creator of his own style where he fuses the flamenco singing of copla with soul/R&B.

In 2008 he released his second album “Soulería”, a Spanish-language compilation of well-known cover versions that catapulted him to the Top Ten in Spain. The boutique festival audience will be able to enjoy live great songs such as “Killing Me Softly with His Song”, “De Ayamonte a Mississippi”, “Te Llamo para Decirte Que Te Quiero” or “A Puro Dolor”, among many others.
