THE BOLERO KING AND THE MELODIES OF A WHOLE GENERATION
Armando Manzanero, bolero icon, and Mocedades, the famous quintet from the 70s, will be performing at Starlite Festival 2019 next Wednesday, August 14th, during their joint tour “Manzanero & Mocedades”.
The Mexican singer and songwriter Armando Manzanero is back for the second time at Starlite Festival, accompanied by the classics so admired by so many. “Somos novios”, “Adoro” or “Esta tarde vi llover” are just some of his more than 400 repertoire songs that have constituted the most popular romantic soundtrack, and that have been performed by renowned voices such as Alejandro Fernández, Frank Sinatra or Plácido Domingo.
Mocedades, the Spanish quintet that revolutionized with their sublime ballads the decade of the seventies, will be also performing on this tour that includes the most legendary songs of the group. After more than 50 years in the music industry, we will be able to witness their greatest hits that marked unforgettable years, such as “Le llamaban loca”, “Dónde estás corazón” or “Desde que tú te has ido”.
On the night of August 14th, the Auditorium stage of Starlite Festival will travel back in time to pay tribute to music and love.
